Art Support Camp and Work Support Camp – Form to apply for a reserved camping space for the artists or volunteers of your Art Support or Work Support Camp. More information can be found here: http://soakpdx.com/art-support-camp and http://soakpdx.com/theme-camps (Work Support Camp). CLOSED
If you are bringing a Mutant Vehicle only, please fill out this form as an Art Support Camp. This is to ensure you have a reserved camp space for your artists and volunteers.

Fire Safety Registration Form – If you’re bringing any 20lb propane cylinders, or any larger size containers, or multiple containers, you MUST let us know here.
