Important 2025 Dates:

  • March 2: Patron Sale - Sunday @ 7:30 pm 

  • Mid-March: Volunteer Gift Ticket Redemption

  • March 29 - April 5th @ 11:59pm: Artist & Theme Camp Directed Group Sale (DGS)

  • March 29 - April 2: Subsidized Ticket Request, Closes at Noon

  • March 29 - April 2: Radical Inclusion Request, Closes at Noon

  • April 6: Main Sale - Sunday @ 7:30 pm 

  • May 8: OMG Sale - Thursday @ 7:30 pm

Ticket Prices:

  • $230 DGS & General Sale Tickets

  • $115 Subsidized Tickets

  • $690 Patron

Camping Vehicle (CV, previously RV) & Parking Prices:

  • $5 Parking Pass

  • Tier I - $95 Camping Vehicle - Small (under 20’)

  • Tier II - $110 Camping Vehicle - Medium (20’ - 32’)

  • Tier III - $125 Camping Vehicle - Large (32’ and up)

All Camping Vehicles require a CV Pass. Camping Vehicles inside of a Theme Camp are considered Tier I.

Ticket Types Glossary

  • Purpose: These tickets are reserved for key contributors, such as theme camps, art projects, and volunteer teams.

    Why: To ensure essential groups can attend and build the creative, interactive infrastructure of the event.

    How: Invited participants receive an access code to purchase tickets during a private sale.

    Purpose: Discounted tickets to make SOAK accessible to people facing financial hardship.

    Why: To promote inclusivity and ensure that everyone, regardless of financial situation, can participate.

    How: Applicants must complete a simple application and demonstrate financial need.

  • Purpose: Higher-priced tickets for those who want to financially support SOAK.

    Why: The extra money helps subsidize the costs for others and supports the event’s infrastructure and community projects.

    How: Purchased voluntarily by attendees who wish to give back to the event.

  • Purpose: A last-minute ticket release for people who missed other sales.

    Why: To give procrastinators and late planners a final chance to buy tickets not purchased in other pre-event sales.

    Purpose: Sliding scale tickets to make SOAK inclusive and accessible for more people.

    Why: To create new pathways for individuals from underrepresented communities (as determined by the SOAK 2024 Census data) to participate at SOAK.

    How: Applicants must complete a simple application and demonstrate financial need. To be eligible for a Radical Inclusion ticket, you must meet all of the following criteria:

    1. Belong to an underrepresented community as determined by the SOAK 2024 Census data; 

    2. Live in the Pacific Northwest (defined as living in the states of OR, WA, or ID);

    3. Have either (1) never attended SOAK before, OR (2) have attended only 1 time and are willing to commit to volunteering for at least 8 hours for a Department at SOAK 2025; AND

    4. Have not received a volunteer gift ticket OR a ticket through the Subsidized Ticket Program for SOAK 2025.

    Selection will be based on random lottery for all individuals who apply and meet the criteria. Those selected for a Radical Inclusion ticket receive only 1 ticket. Tickets are offered on a sliding scale ($10 to $230).
