Parking Pass Statement

Sparing you all the details of our counting, math, data review, costs, and careful consideration we put into parking, here are some highlights and updates around Parking Pass sale for this year: 

• Parking Passes have been available in all directed sales including Volunteers, DGS, Subsidized, etc., as either a bundle or an add-on purchase.

• We had an issue where passes didn’t show up as an add-on option early in the Main Sale which was fixed real time; if this affected you, we have your email and will reach out to you directly. 

• We will have a limited number of Parking Passes available for direct purchase (eg, without a ticket) in the OMG Sale in early May. 

• We made a decision to keep Parking Pass prices low with fingers-crossed that folks would not buy them and just keep them, so PLEASE gift or resell your extra Parking Passes. 

• Parking Passes will NOT be for sale at the Gate: Do not show up without one. 

There are simply not enough parking spaces for everyone coming to SOAK to get their own spot. We tried to offer the same percentage to all the groups who buy tickets: this means as a community, we will need to move Parking Passes around to those who need them. We need you to help us get everyone to SOAK to participate in making some Strange Magic.
