What, Where, When is Going Digital for 2025

SOAK*2025:Strange Magic is right around the corner, and it’s time to register your events! This year, we’re going fully digital with the What, Where, When (WWW) guide. No printed event listings will be available at Gate; so if you want a physical copy, plan ahead.


Deadline to register all events is 11:59pm on Thursday, May 15th, 2025.

How to Register Your Event for the What, Where, When

Important: If you’ve already registered your event through your theme camp or with Placement, no need to register again. This is for new registrations only (after April 29, 2025).

We’ve partnered with two digital platforms to support you:

• Use Dust to register: edit.dust.events/soak-2025

• You’ll also see events hosted at soakpdx.app, a lightweight alternative that works without internet access on-site.

• Submissions will be manually reviewed and approved by volunteers.

• Right now, we’re just collecting event submissions. The full schedule will be released closer to the event.
  

How to View Events On-Site

Once published, you’ll be able to:

• Download the Dust app (iOS + Android)

• Or use soakpdx.app from any browser; no installation or signal required

• Download a handy PDF for personal printing, distribution, and gifting

Reminder:

• A printed map will still be handed out at Gate.

• The What, Where, When will not be printed by the event this year.

• A printable PDF version will be shared before the event for anyone who wants a hard copy. DIY style!
